These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, online store, products, and services operated by Purateck Solutions LLC ("Purateck," "we," "us" or "our"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province, state, or country, to place an order through our website. By using the website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Products and Product Information
Purateck sells consumer electronics, projectors, speakers, headphones, audio equipment, cameras, home entertainment products, and related accessories. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, availability, and prices are accurate. However, product colors may appear differently depending on your screen; packaging, accessories, or minor design details may vary from the images displayed; measurements and technical specifications may contain reasonable manufacturing tolerances; manufacturers or suppliers may update product designs without prior notice; product images may include accessories that are not included unless specifically stated; and a product listing does not constitute a guarantee that the product will remain available.
4. Third-Party Fulfillment and Dropshipping
Some or all products may be stored, packaged, and shipped directly by third-party manufacturers, distributors, or fulfillment partners. By placing an order, you acknowledge that products in the same order may be shipped separately; products may arrive in multiple packages on different dates; tracking information may be issued separately for each package; packaging may display the name or address of a fulfillment provider; and delivery times may vary based on the supplier, carrier, customs processing, and destination. Purateck remains responsible for customer service relating to orders placed through our website.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase the products listed in your order. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, payment authorization failure, shipping restrictions, errors in your shipping information, or orders placed for resale or other unauthorized commercial purposes. An order confirmation confirms that we received your order — it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted or shipped the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
6. Prices, Taxes and Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout. Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when reasonably calculable. Customers ordering from Canada may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local taxes assessed by Canadian authorities. These charges are not controlled by Purateck and may not be included in the amount paid at checkout unless expressly stated.
7. Payments
We accept eligible credit and debit cards displayed during checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method; the information provided is accurate; you authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the total amount shown at checkout; and you are responsible for charges incurred through your account. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Purateck generally does not directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes. We may use fraud-prevention services and may request additional information before accepting or fulfilling an order.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada. Shipping dates and delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, customs inspections, weather, supplier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we cannot ship your order within the time promised, we may contact you with a revised shipping date and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund, as required by applicable law. 9. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to products transfer as permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for providing a complete and secure delivery address. Purateck is not responsible for an order delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Contact us promptly if tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you did not receive it. We may require you to contact the carrier, check with household members or neighbors, or complete a missing-package declaration before a claim can be reviewed. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be sent to help@puratecky.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it may need to be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
11. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, and special offers are subject to their stated conditions; may have expiration dates; may not be combined unless expressly permitted; have no cash value; may be limited to one use per customer; and may be modified or discontinued where permitted by law. Discounts cannot normally be applied retroactively to completed orders.
13. Personal and Noncommercial Use
Products purchased through our website are intended for lawful personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not use the website to violate any law or regulation; commit fraud or provide false information; interfere with website security or operation; introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code; scrape, copy, or extract website content using automated methods; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual property rights; make unauthorized purchases; resell website content, images, or data; or use the website in a way that harms Purateck, its customers, or its service providers. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
14. Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including text, logos, graphics, page layouts, product organization, and original photographs, are owned by or licensed to Purateck and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party product names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the website only for personal, lawful shopping purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
15. Customer Reviews and Submissions
When you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that the content reflects your honest experience; you have the right to submit it; it does not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing material; and it does not disclose another person's private information without permission. You grant Purateck a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use submitted content for operating and promoting the business. We may remove content that violates these terms, but we are not obligated to publish or retain every submission.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may contain links to or integrations with payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, social media platforms, and other third parties. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Purateck is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
17. Product Use and Safety
You are responsible for reading and following all product instructions, warnings, and safety information. Products must be used only for their intended purposes. Electronics should be operated using compatible power sources, charging equipment, and accessories. Purateck is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or assembly; unauthorized repairs or modifications; misuse or neglect; incompatible equipment; exposure to water, excessive heat, or other unsuitable conditions; failure to follow instructions; or normal wear and tear.
18. Manufacturer Warranties
Some products may include a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Any applicable warranty will be described in the product listing, packaging, or documentation. Unless expressly stated, Purateck does not provide an additional independent product warranty.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis, except for any express warranty stated in writing. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. This disclaimer does not exclude statutory warranties, consumer guarantees, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights of Canadian consumers.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purateck Solutions LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website, an order, or a product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protection rights.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Purateck harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This provision does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Purateck's own unlawful conduct.
22. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Laramie County, Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law permits or requires the dispute to be heard elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights available to consumers under the laws of their state, province, or country.
23. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at help@puratecky.com and provide a reasonable description of the dispute and the requested resolution. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or exercising rights that cannot legally be restricted.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
25. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
26. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
27. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written permission. We may transfer these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Purateck relating to your use of the website and purchase of products.
